We added support for API Extensions logs and metrics in Platform Insights.

When API Extensions are being called by commercetools, we will send logs and metrics of the outcome to your APM configured in Platform Insights. These logs and metrics help you monitor the health of your API Extensions, identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot errors effectively.
