After collecting feedback during the early access phase, the Intake Agent in the Merchant Center has moved from early access to general availability.
The Intake Agent converts unstructured customer requests, such as emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, and free-text descriptions, into structured Carts. You can review and edit the result, then choose a next action. Options include freezing the Cart, creating a draft Quote, or opening the Cart in the Cart list.
